Meal Prep Mondays is a program that was started in the beginning of 2024 and has taken off with rapid success! We have a MEAL PREP MENU that contains pre portioned meals labeled with calories, for you to keep in your home during the week. Each meal is made in a super healthy fashion, to live a healthy lifestyle. Super Tuscan olive oil used in all cooking. Lean Proteins, fresh seasonal veggies and a rotating international menu is they key highlights of Meal Prep Mondays. All meals must be ordered by Sunday at midnight for the following Monday pickup or delivery.  All Meal preps are cooked fresh Monday morning!

To ORDER MEAL PREPS or browse the rotating menu, select the ORDER ONLINE BUTTON, on the top of your screen and scroll down to the Meal Prep Menu. Please remember to select the upcoming Monday as your pickup or delivery date.  Any accidental  orders placed during the week will be automatically pushed to the following Monday.
